Personal Stylist / Shopper Services
If you are interested in having one of our in house stylist's coordinate a look for you, please let us know. Our head stylist hand picks each and every label and design that we carry. However, she is also available to be a personal stylist to her customers at Broke & Bougie as well. You will be able to have her hand pick items especially for you individually, or you can be the first to preview and purchase new merchandise that we will sell in our boutique with our VIC packages.
Our VIC (Very Important Customer) program is simple, yet easy to join. We will need personal information to be kept on file for both programs.
VIC Platinum - Once we have your personal information on file, we will automatically send out new merchandise to you for your viewing 7 days before it's sent to the floor for the public. If you like what you see, it's yours to keep. If it's not a fit for you, you will have 7 days from date of receipt to return it free of charge. It's just that simple! Contact us for details on how you can become Platinum today.
VIC Gold - In our gold package we offer our customers a private showing of what is new in the store and we'll hold it for one week to give customers time to view and purchase it before it's sent to the floor. Be the first to preview and purchase new items. Sign up for our VIC gold TODAY!

Studio Services
If you are a Fashion Stylist, Model, Photgrapher, Creative or Video/TV Director and you are interested in using our boutique or merchandise for photo/video shoot or tv/movie setting, please contact us with details on your project and we will be in contact with you.
Return Policy
Broke & Bougie wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you should need to return an item, you may exchange regular priced merchandise (*see exceptions*) within 14 days of receipt, minus the shipping charges. We do not credit original or return shipping charges. We do offer a onetime free size or color exchange and we will pay for the shipping on the exchanged item. This policy applies to ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY, because customers are not present to try clothing on.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent; clean, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Broke & Bougie has a special tagging method to insure tags are not re-attached and returned dishonestly.
A $7 charge will be added to reship anything returned that needs to be exchanged for a different item. Exception is for same items that just need a size or color exchange.
Store credit will be valid for one year from purchase date.
If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway, the item will NOT be accepted back. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE, MAY ONLY BE RETURNED ONLINE.
ITEMS PURCHASED IN ONE OF OUR LOCATIONS, MAY ONLY BE RETURNED TO THE LOCATION YOU PURCHASED FROM AND REGULAR RETURN POLICY APPLIES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.
Special Orders
Special orders are not returnable nor can a coupon code be applied unless we give prior approval before ordering.
Pre Orders
Pre orders are treated as regular merchandise. However, coupons and sales do not apply to pre ordered items. Also, Pre Orders will not be charged until your items are ready to ship. However, please note that most credit card companies will hold the funds until charged.
Sale Items
Sale items (including Final Sale items ) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Coupons cannot be used on sale or final sale items unless otherwise noted.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on sunglasses, swimsuits, lingerie, handbags, jewelry or accessories. Please wear shoes on carpeted surfaces to try them on. Shoes that have been worn or are scuffed on the bottom will be considered used and worn merchandise and will not be issued a refund. Shoes returned in a damaged box or missing box will not be accepted. We sale new items, and need all exchanges to appear as brand new.
Garden of Style
Garden of Style items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. No Exceptions.
Item Availability
At BrokeAndBougie.com we make every attempt to keep adequate stock of merchandise listed on our site. Occasionally we do sell out of certain products and items. If you have placed an order for an “out of stock” item, you will promptly receive an email notification. We will not ship other items from your order, until we hear back from you.
Return Authorization
Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
RA#'s expire 14 days after being issued. We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since BrokeAndBougie.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Clearly print your name, address and RA# on the outside of the package in the return area and mail to:

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. This process can take approximately five to seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns without an authorized RA# will not be accepted and returned to sender.
Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.
